Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. RumChata Limón
- .5 oz. Coconut Rum
- 1.5 oz Cream of Coconut
- 1.5 oz. Pineapple Juice
- Float 1 oz. Diplomatico Exclusiva
How To Prepare
Set rum aside. Combine all other ingredients into a shaker with ice. Strain over ice-filled Collins glass, then top with rum. Garnish with pineapple leaves.
